About Me
My fitness journey started from a young age. I was chubby and overweight up until the age of 15. I used to eat terribly and rarely exercised. One summer I decided to make a change. I found basketball, started working out, eating right and lost a lot of weight. It’s because of this background that I am where I am today. This ultimately led me to choose Kinesiology for my schooling. I strongly believe in a knowledge-based approach to exercise. I believe that physical fitness has to be a joint approach between exercise and nutrition. Exercise can do incredible things for the body if fueled by proper sources. I can help you attain your goals through a collaborative approach to physical health. Contact me today and we can tackle your health goals together! |
