Your Initial Assessment Session
I will travel to your home or preferred location. The initial assessment session will consist of a 10-20 minute fitness consultation followed by a short workout in which I will gauge your fitness level and baseline abilities.
In the initial consult we will discuss fitness/lifestyle goals, current nutrition, nutrition goals, injury history, and exercise history. This is also an opportunity for any questions you may have for me.
Following the consult will be a warm up and a short workout to assess what type of workout plan needs to be initiated.
